Back Pain

"So let the pain remain forever in my heart...
For every throb it brings is one more moment spent with you."

There is no such thing as letting the pain remain, especially when it comes to your body. Just like your "ex", the more you let the pain linger, the more it creates a multitude of problem—not just at the site of pain, but also at sites away from it.

Why is that? In many cases, pain is felt because there is a disturbance in the muscular tissue (except if your pain is due to an internal organ dysfunction). This disturbance in the muscle tissues alters movement which, over time, contributes to more pain or distribution of pain to other parts of the body. This is why many times, a pain felt on the mid upper back a few months ago, can turn into a shoulder pain later on, accompanied with feeling of numbness in the hand on the same side.

So, how do you move on from the pain? The secret is simple: don’t let the problem linger. Physical therapists never runout of techniques in terms of pain-relief so make sure to put them on speed-dial.

That makes PTs better than your ex? PTs got your BACK!
